It was over 50 years ago that Ken Stewart came up with Seville Butchers special pork and it's been a Christmas favourite ever since! A lovely loin of pork boned and rolled, stuffed with apricots, prunes, green peppercorns, and hazelnuts rolled in curry powder. It might sound like a weird combination but trust us... It works!
